About Returns
What's eligible for returns and Exchange ?
- We don't support the exchange policy at present. If you need new products, you can buy them on our website again after returning them,
- If you are unsatisfied with the received item, you can return them.
- If the shipping cost of the returned product is due to the customer, the customer will be borne by the customer. If the product itself has quality and craftsmanship problems, you can contact customer service to apply for reimbursement of the shipping cost after passing the quality inspection.
- You must contact us in 14 days after you receive your order if you want to return. We don't accept any returning for an order which has been received for over 2 weeks.
- Unused Products can be returned at any time for a full refund to your original method of payment. If the original method of payment is unavailable, we will issue your refund in the form of store credit. Used Products must be returned within 10 days of delivery and may only be refunded in the form of store credit. We do not bear any return freight and customs duties.
- Please take the time to carefully package your returns. It’s your responsibility to pay costs related to the repair of returned items damaged during shipping due to improper packaging.
- It takes 3–5 business days to process a return after it arrives at our distribution center. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your return is received.
